Loren McFall

Position: President

Loren McFall is a Native Coloradoan and 20-year resident of Roxborough Park Residential.

He is a retired Sr. Systems Engineer from Lockheed Martin, where he worked for 21 years solving complex hardware and software systems issues, managing large budgets, and designing new systems. Loren also farmed and ranched for over 20 years in Northern Colorado, running a 250-head cow/calf operation. He farmed 400 acres of irrigated land where he grew hay, oats, and corn to be used as feed in the fall and winter months. As owner of North Poudre water shares, he ran a lot of water in the summer and learned what a complex task it is to get water to ranches, farms, and cities.  After retiring from ranching, he worked in banking and real estate, which included understanding Colorado water laws, allocation, and the buying and selling of water rights.

As a resident of Roxborough Park, he is concerned with the issues of water and development in the ever-changing community. Loren's life and professional experiences have prepared him well to serve the Roxborough Water and Sanitation District, and he is honored to serve as President of the Board of Directors.
