ROXBOROUGH WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT TECHNOLOGY
ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Roxborough Water and Sanitation District (the "District") is committed to providing equitable access to the District's official website to all members of the public. The District's ongoing accessibility efforts work toward being compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2. l, level AA criteria. The District welcomes comments on how to improve its technology's accessibility for users with disabilities as well as requests for reasonable modifications and/or accommodation to any District services, programs, and/or activities.
Please let us know if you encounter inaccessible information and communication technology. The District is committed to responding to requests for reasonable modifications and/or accommodation as well as reports of accessibility issues in a timely manner.

ROXBOROUGH WATER & SANITATION DISTRICT QUARTERLY PROGRESS-TO-DATE REPORT
October 15 th, 2024
Roxborough Water & Sanitation District (the “District”) has conducted regular monitoring and scanning of its information and communication technology (“ICT”), as such term is defined in 8 CCR § 1501-11.4, as further described below:
· Monthly technology accessibility scans of the District’s website content against applicable Technical Standards scans since March 2024
· Reviewed accessibility scans and ordered remediation for noncompliant ICT contained within the District’s website
The results of the regular scanning and monitoring show the District’s ICT having an overall compliance score of 82% with the Technical Standards, as such term is defined in 8 CCR § 1501-11.5. The District continues to remediate known compliance issues in the following areas:
· There are documents contained on the District’s website that are known to be noncompliant .
· A 3rd Party element on our website is known to be noncompliant.
Following the Districts’ Quarterly Progress-to-Date Report dated Wednesday, August 14, 2024, the Districts proposed plan of action is to:
· We are in the process of remediating several .pdf’s to ensure they are compliant.
· 3rd party embedded content will be removed.
The District is committed to providing equitable technological access to our services, programs, and activities. The District’s ongoing technology accessibility efforts work toward being compliant with the Technical Standards. To that end, the District endeavors to continuously improve the technological accessibility of its ICT demonstrated by this Progress-to-Date Report.
